Give Away! Free Custom Onesie or Tee

I'm going to be picking a business name here soon. I plan to get a "real" website after the first of the year. This one will continue as a sneak peek blog. My sewing started for fun, but now I'm doing so much that I need to get official. I am aiming to be up and running as an official business as of March.

I love the sewing, but I'm having such a hard time picking a name that I thought I'd do a give away. Here are a few existing business names that I like: Magic Moon, Tangerine Turtle, Cat and the Fiddle. I don't like names with sassy, bratty, or spoiled names. I'm not opposed to names with Lucy in the title, but so far I'm not getting anywhere with that either.

I'll pick a name on Jan 1. Please feel free to forward this to any creative ladies (or men?) you know. The winner will be announced on Jan. 1 and will get to pick any style of shirt or onesie. We'll design it and I'll ship it to you.

Please comment on the blog with your name ideas. You may list as many as you like. Good luck!

Example: Poopie Pants Productions, Jumping Caterpillar (see why I'm enlisting your help)

Elizabeth and Rachel

I made this dusty rose and light pink set for a mom who is really into nature and not crazy about the barbie pink stuff for little girls. I thought it turned out really cute.
Isn't it always cuter when it's for twins?

I'm convinced that God hasn't given me a girl because I would never get up from the sewing machine!

Introducing Pants!

These pants come in newborn on up through 18 mo. They are a new product for my line. These can be made to exactly match a shirt that has an applique font or design with the same fabric on the shirt and jeans. A tie belt made out of the same fabric will be available soon.

Christmas Fonts

Here are a few of the Christmas/Winter fonts and designs. Remember to order early as you possibly can because there are lots of orders around Christmas. Unfourtunately, at some point I will have to stop taking orders. What a great outfit for them to wear to Christmas parties :)

Onesies/T-shirts

Onesies-15 Big Kid Shirts -18

Sorry this one is a little blurry, but these two cousins still look beautiful! Bailey wore her shirt for the first day of kindergarden. She didn't have to wear a nametag!

These onsies are usually Gerber, Carters, or Circo (the Target brand). They all work well. I would highly recommend them as a gift for multiples. The hiney of the onsie can also be customized for an additional $2. I can also add swarvski crystals to a girl's onsie. I've got some really neat ideas if you want to do an outfit also...just e-mail me.

Hats

Hats-9

The baby hats are always hits with moms. They are a favorite to go to the hospital. Hats are important for newborns because sometimes they need a little help regulating their body tempature. These hats also nicely complete a gift set. It can be customized with first or first and middle names.

Swaddle Blankets

Swaddle Blankets-20

Made of a full yard of thin fleece, this blanket gets rave reviews. The one comment I hear over and over is: "When it's time to wash the blanket, it must come off right after naptime and be ready to go again by next nap." This blanket is larger than you can find at the store. Also, this blanket is thin and is NOT slinky. It holds a swaddle even up against a super squirmy baby. It can be made custom for your order so it will coordinate perfectly.

Burp Cloths

Burp Cloths-12

This is made of a 6 ply premium gerber burp cloth that is cusotmized and personalized. This burp cloth does great in the wash.

Handmade Burp Cloths-15

This burp cloth is made of a white ribbed terrycloth. It also has a coordinating back. In this case it is a fuzzy flannel that matches the swaddle blankets. Depending on the backing, the back can be customized for an additional charge of $3.
